Try Again!

The Old Goat has been thinking about "Ethical" stuff since I was able to start "Thinking" as a young boy! Actually, humans started to try to figure stuff out, way back in the "cave-man" days - and although "we" have been able to start "climbing the ladder" Scientifically, we don't seem to be able to start "climbing the ladder" Sociologically! Perhaps, the "kernel" has not been found yet - Civilization seems to be still "torn apart" instead "welded together"! I GUESS WE JUST NEED TO TRY AGAIN!

"Winning does not tempt that man. This is how he grows: by being defeated, decisively by constantly greater beings." - Rilke You know the old saying, "what does not kill you will only make you stronger." There u have it.

"Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It's not." - Dr. Seuss I would say that is very true and can be applied to alot of situations at work, home or anywhere.

Josias' Diet
On 4/29/12 Josias was sitting eating rice, beans and chicken. Josias stopped midway through his meal and threw up. Earlier he had had homemade pizza and drank one cup of water, one cup of white grape juice (gerber) and two cups of 1/2 juice 1/2 water. It was tap water. We went walking 4 hours after lunch and then went home. He had dinner about 2 hours after that.

The Presidents Club

I am just starting "The Presidents Club", and thinking about Hoover and Truman, and how Nancy Gibbs and Michael Duffy are weaving into some more history - so "we" can understand better, about our Earth Planet, and the leaders that "can" do better, when they want to!

I am slowly working to become more consistent in my posting and also updating of profile.... It seems that I have contracted something dealing with my sinuses perhaps just a common cold but it IS nasty and kicking my rear at the moment..... I am medicated and doing the plenty of fluids and rest things....but forging ahead as well.... things seem to be calming down somewhat and hopefully I will be able to accomplish many necessary tasks.... almost time for more sleep...sooo a goodnite to all... nana
